Pitch Pass Submission
Contestants will need to upload a business plan that does not exceed 5 pages and no smaller then a 12 point font. There is the option to upload a sell sheet or marketing flyer and a document of your choice.
All sessions of the competition, including but not limited to oral presentations and question-and-answer sessions, are open to the attendees and staff of the Ingenuity conference. Any and all of these sessions may be subject to photography and/or video. Any data or information discussed or divulged in public sessions by entrants should be information that could possibly enter the public realm, and entrants should not assume any right of confidentiality in any data or information discussed, divulged or presented in these sessions. Due to the nature of the competition, we are not able to ask judges, reviewers, staff or the audience to agree to or sign non-disclosure statements. However, Henrico Economic Development Authority, the organizer of Ingenuity, and its contractor, West Cary Group, LLC, will make reasonable efforts to limit distribution of business plans only to judges of the competition, but neither the organizer nor its contractor shall be liable for any disclosure to others under any circumstances.
Neither the Henrico Economic Development Authority nor West Cary Group can guarantee that other individuals will not obtain access to electronic or hard copies of the business plan. All presentations are open to the attendees of the conference, staff and The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen. Attendance by media personnel is expected.
By entering this competition, all entrants hereby release and waive any claims for liability or damages of any kind against the Henrico County Economic Development Authority and West Cary Group, LLC, and their respective employees, agents and contractors.
